Our philosophy is to grow healthy vineyard ecosystems that naturally produce exceptional wines. We grow vines—not spray programs. Healthy vines produce exceptional fruit destined for ultra-premium wines, requiring fewer interventions while expressing the unique character of their site.

At Foxx Viticulture, we believe exceptional wines begin with healthy vineyard ecosystems. We work in partnership with nature, listening to what the vines reveal through careful observation, sound science, and decades of experience. By emphasizing prevention over reaction, we strengthen vine health through balanced nutrition, thoughtful irrigation, canopy management, and management practices that build natural resilience rather than dependence on inputs.

We are committed to soil stewardship by supporting soil biology, encouraging biodiversity, increasing organic matter, minimizing soil disturbance, and seeking practical alternatives to synthetic herbicides whenever possible. Every management decision is guided by one objective: growing grapes for extraordinary wine—not simply maximizing tonnage—while protecting the land so it can continue producing exceptional wines that faithfully express their vineyard for generations to come.
